Abstract

BPJS is one of program from the Indonesia’s government. This program is held to improve the health of Indonesian citizens by health insurance for people by paying certain fee. Therefore, this study is aimed to determine whether there is difference in quality service provided to the general patient (without BPJS) and the patient with BPJS. This research focus on services in Hospital of Dr. Mohamad Soewandhie in Surabaya with a sample of 65 patients in the outpatient care unit, as it for public patients (non-BPJS) as well as for patients with BPJS program. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires measured with Likert scale. Data analysis technique is independent sample test using SPSS for Windows. The results showed that in all dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliabilities, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, has an average total score differently on each patient and the patient's non-BPJS BPJS. These results are also supported by statistical calculations where tstatictic for all dimensions of service quality, such as tangibles, reliabilities, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, have significant level (p)  above 0.05.Keywords:quality of service, BPJS, different test

Abstract

Performance ofthe companyplays an important rolein relation to thebusiness partnership, because thecompany's performance measurementbecomes veryimportant for managementto evaluatethe performance ofthe companyandplanningpurposesinthe future. In the course ofpoultry production facilities(sapronak) chickenwith the partnership(Inti-Plasma), the need foranalysisof financial statementsin ordertodeterminea company's financialpositionand the resultsthat have beenachievedbythe company.The financial statementsconsistofseveralparts, namely: Balance(Balance Sheet) andthe Profit/Loss(Income Statement). There are manyfinancial ratiosthatare madeaccording to the needsof analystscommonlyusedinfinancial analysis, including theliquidityratios, leverageratios, activity ratios andprofitabilityratios. The company's performancecan bemeasured using ameasuring instrumentcalledEVA(Ecomonic Value Added). Thus, by usingthe method of calculatingthefinancial statements analysisandperformance of the company, the resultisfinancial performance.AgroKartikaoptimalgraceandableto experiencea significantincrease in profits. Based onthe research results, it is known that theinnovationof productsandlifestylebrandmindedvery strong influence onconsumerbuyingbehavior. Abstract

This thesis is aimed to determine the effect of income, lifestyle, and life necessity toward. Source of the data in this study is come from 75 consumers of BCA-Credit Card in Surabaya. Data analysis technique was multiple linear regression with SPSS program for Windows. The results showed that income has tstatistic of 3.894 with significant level by 0.000, so variabel of income (X1) significantly influences the decision to use BCA-Credit Card in Surabaya. Lifestyle (X2) has tstatistic of 2.963 with significant level by 0.004, so variable of Lifestyle (X2) significantly influence the decision to use BCA-Credit Card in Surabaya. Life necessity (X3) has tstatistic of 3.470 with significant level by 0.001, so variable of Life necessity (X3) significantly influences the decision to use BCA-Credit Card in Surabaya. Finally, the variable of income is variable with the largest standardized coefficients among other variables so that the income variable is the dominant variable that influence on the decision to use BCA-Credit Card in Surabaya.Keywords: income, lifestyle, life necessity, decision, credit card.

Abstract

Costumer’s decision to buy the cellular card is influenced by the concept of AIDA while used to promote the advertisement, become the problems of company. Therefore, in this study, the writer chooses the title “Pengaruh Advertising Dengan Konsep AIDA Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Perdana Merk simPATI (Studi Eksplanasi Pengaruh Advertising Dengan Konsep AIDA Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Perdana Merk simPATI di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya ”.  This research conducted at University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. However, the study is aimed for knowing the influence of each free variable, such as attention, interest, desire and action to the costumer’s decision for buying SimPATI cellular card, and also for knowing the influence of variable which most dominant based on AIDA concept toward the costumer’s decision for buying SimPATI cellular card. As the result of this study, each free variable, such as: attention, interest, desire and action influence the purchasing order and action variable has the dominant influence to determine the purchasing.     Keywords: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, Purchasing decision.

Abstract

Various reasons can influence decisions in the allocation of investment funds, one of which investment decisions in stock. By knowing the optimal stock portfolio can be obtained results of the most efficient investment and achieve the expected rate of return is greater. Single index method is one way to find out caru stocks efisein, by determining the ranking (order) stocks that have ERB (excess return to beta) highest to ERB (excess return to beta) is lower, so that it can be formed an investment portfolio of stocks that are most optimal when faced with two kinds of investments that produce the same returns two and two different risks, it would have been an investment with less risk, while when faced with two kinds of investments that generate two returns two different and the same risk, it would have been an investment with greater returns.Keywords: investment portfolio, single indexmethod, rate of return

Abstract

Competition between adventure product is very tight, from local brands to international brands all trying to get a place in hearts of customers. Many basic influence consumers to buy a product, including of brand image, quality product, and price. This research was quantitative methode with multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose is to determine the influence of brand image, quality product, and price of the purchase decision. While the price variable is more dominant influence on purchase decisions of the brand image and quality product. Looking at the result of the research, the writter suggest that people see a product not only of price but also on the quality of its product, so that it can be satisfaction when bought with a longer life. Whereas for the brand image factor could be done when if the previous factors have been met. For the future research is expected to further improve the quality of test, so this research has better.  Keywords : brand image, quality product, and the price of purchase decision.

Abstract

This study analyzes of the effect of customer relationship marketing and corporate image to customer loyalty. The object of this study is Bank Jatim in Surabaya. The research problem refers to competition in the banking industry had rapidly gave freedom to customers indetermining the choice to use their services, so if the value received was not as expected then the customers were easy to move to another bank, which was considered in accordance with the customers wishes. So bank must used the strategic who can building customers loyalty. Customer relationship marketing and corporate image was some strategic to make customers loyalty. The research used 100 respondent, and the respondent were client of the Jatim branch in Untag Surabaya. Data was collected using observation dan questionnaires. The results showed that customer relationship  marketing and corporate image was influence on customer loyalty of bank Jatim. Keywords: Customer relationship marketing, corporate image and loyalty

Abstract

Progress is rapidly increasing social media development in line with advances information technology. Sharing of experiences between the consumer of a product can be done through the online media that can be accessed by other potential customers and are able to influence the purchase decisions of these products. This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth Twitter on purchasing decisions at Restoran Mie Akhirat, Surabaya. Social media is a very fast growing Twitter, Twitter large number of potential users in conducting marketing activities. Methods of analysis used in this study is multiple regressions analysis. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth Twitter has a strong influence on purchasing decisions at Restoran Mie Akhirat, Surabaya.Keywords: electronic word of mouth, social media marketing, purchase decisions

Abstract

The background of this research with the advent of globalization brought into the rapidly growing modern retail and ultimately make the increasing competition in the modern retail industry in Indonesia. There are interesting of consumer behavior in modern retail, most shoppers in modern retail stores in major cities such as Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya experienced impulse buying (unplanned purchase) when shopping. This study tried to determine what factors are causing consumers to impulse buying. This study uses three independent variables namely Product Characteristics (X1), Characteristics of Marketing (X2), Characteristics of Consumers (X3), and impulse buying as the dependent variable (Y).After a literature review and hypothesis formulation, data were collected through questionnaires distributed method to 100 shoppers in outlets fashion products at the Royal Plaza Surabaya who had not planned to make a purchase using purposive sampling.Based on the results of the analysis conducted found that, three independent variables significantly influence the dependent. Variable product characteristics positive effect of 0.282 with a significance level of 0.000, variable marketing characteristics positive effect of 0.566 with a significance level of 0.000, the variable characteristics of a positive effect of 0,142 consumers with a significance level of 0.012.
